Project Description
The Conrad N. Hilton Foundation is a philanthropic foundation that focuses on helping local residents in need. Their main priority area includes ending chronic hopelessness, providing safe water, and supporting Catholic Sisters.
Located in the dense urban area of Downtown Los Angeles Historical District, this office building attempts to blend in with the surrounding environment by its rigid exterior look while providing an open airy feel inside.
The large storefront window on the main facade allows for a glimpse of the interior structure and motivates people to a make transition from the busy urban setting outside into a flexible atrium space inside.
