Situated in the heart of Palo Alto, this 2-story Research and Lab building offers flexible indoor-outdoor workspaces. With the wide panes of glass, high floor to floor heights, and a central core, the design of this building maximizes openness, providing daylight and connectivity to the outdoors.

Responsibilities

Provided master plan design options + presented to the city and the client
Core and Shell design
Studied multiple strategies to solve site circulation and parking issues
Set up recurrent meetings with landscape architects, engineers and consultants prior planning submittals
Put the Planning Packages together for submittals
