Moffet Towers

Project Description
With its central green-space, expansive amenities building, and five LEED Platinum office buildings, Moffett Towers II sets a new benchmark for tech campuses. The building’s design features a rhythmic pattern of glass and metal panels with articulated clear glass elements that maximize the indoor-outdoor connectivity. The buildings are connected together with angular promenades, berms, and small outdoor rooms. Towards the center of the campus, the landscape transitions to forested and free-flowing spaces. Nestled between the trees, an expansive outdoor bar and dining space extends the workspaces out into the landscape. At the campus’ center, a 52,500-sf amenities building and outdoor exercise facilities provide spaces for training and wellness.

Worked with the team to re-design areas of the project per tenant’s request including buildings, outdoor areas and parking structures
